BSNL Selfcare Login URL is this: http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in . However, this website seems to be useful only for the subscribers from BSNL’s west zone (see WDC in URL). There are tons of facilities available, however the registration & login itself may take a very long time. It took me about 24 hours to create an account and login to the site.
Upon login, there were multiple facilities available like View your telephone usage, change your broadband plan, file complaints online etc. Has anyone experienced this portal?
